Millionaire's Bacon review by Rich
Wow! Doesn't begin to state how delicious and unique this place is. The candied bacon stands on its own it's thick sweet generous. We ordered two. The Benedict's were creative and delicious. Specialty coffees were on point and service for breakfast was exceptional. We had a business meeting for 6 and it did not disappoint. Just plan ahead for parking.

Blueberry Cloud French Toast review by Jenny
I visited Sweet Maple a few years ago and had a wonderful experience, the delicious food and warm atmosphere. I am excited to return during my LA trip this September with my family. We can't wait to try the Blueberry Cloud French Toast and Millionaire's Bacon again. Sweet Maple is definitely a must visit spot for us!
Oscar review by Sahil
San Francisco's love affair with Dungeness crab is older than the Golden Gate Bridge. Sicilian and Genoese fishermen were hauling it out of the Bay in feluccas by the 1880s, and by the early twentieth century the steaming sidewalk cauldrons of Fisherman's Wharf had turned a working catch into civic identity — crab Louie in the grand hotels, cioppino in North Beach, and every November a season opener that locals still treat as a holiday. The rap on crab in this city has never been about quality; it's that the Wharf long ago learned to sell the postcard rather than the crab. Which is why the Oscar at Sweet Maple feels quietly subversive. This is Dungeness treated as an ingredient rather than a souvenir: sweet, fresh-picked meat given the old continental Oscar treatment — asparagus, hollandaise — then knocked pleasantly sideways. The hollandaise arrives laced with cucumber and wasabi, a cool-then-warm sharpness that does what lemon usually does for crab but with more nerve, and a nod to the Japanese and pan-Pacific threads that have run through this city's cooking as long as the Italian ones. Fried capers add the crunch and brine; shaved parmesan the salt; sliced lemon keeps the whole thing honest. Purists may bristle. Ultimately, SF is a town where people argue about whether crab should meet anything beyond drawn butter and sourdough. But the dish works precisely because the kitchen respects the crab's sweetness and builds contrast around it rather than over it. A century and a half after the feluccas, the best crab in San Francisco isn't always by the water. Sometimes it's at brunch, under hollandaise with a wasabi streak, in Japantown's shadow.

Blueberry Cloud French Toast review by Cantoranfrancisco6
If you're looking for a brunch spot in San Francisco that feels like a little slice of heaven, Sweet Maple is it. The Blueberry Cloud French Toast was nothing short of extraordinary, pillowy, indulgent, beautifully crafted, and bursting with the perfect balance of sweetness and fresh blueberry flavor. Every bite felt like dessert and breakfast had fallen in love. It's the kind of dish you find yourself thinking about long after the plate is gone. The bottomless mimosas made the experience even better, with a fantastic variety that kept every sip exciting. And the staff? Absolutely wonderful, warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making the experience special. Sweet Maple didn't just serve me brunch. They created an experience I'll remember. If you're visiting San Francisco, do yourself a favor and order the Blueberry Cloud French Toast. Some meals fill you up. This one leaves an impression.

One of the most innovative and interesting dishes - fried rice with shin ramen! It's not spicy and got a sweet note at the end. Highly recommend

The best fried chicken + waffle in the peninsula! Crunchy chicken, fresh waffle, and spicy maple syrup.
